Eastern Shore Recovery Foundation
ESRF currently has over 45 meetings a week being held at Common Ground.
The ESRF Board is committed to the continued use of the Common Ground facility and its maintenance as a place where 12-Step recovery takes place on the Eastern Shore.
List of Amenities:
1) Four Meeting Rooms (non-smoking) currently support 45 meetings / week.
2) Rooms can hold between 35-110 individuals. Privacy is available for 1 on 1 sessions.
3) All rooms are carpeted, clean, and well maintained with central heat & air conditioning.
4) There are plenty of tables and chairs in each of the rooms.
5) Three outside porches (2 covered) with ample seating and where smoking is permitted.
6) Large, well cared for yards for walking & meditation offer a serene setting.
7) Both buildings are handicap accessible.
8) Two clean rest rooms are located within each building.
9) Plenty of paved parking is available, including handicap spaces.
10) Free Coffee at all times.
11) A half kitchen with refrigerator, microwave & sink is located in each building.
12) The main building offers a soft drink machine.
13) Free meeting schedules and informational brochures are located in the main building.
14) Picnic table.
15) Bar-B-Que grill.

ESRF believes in and supports 12-Step recovery, and encourages the explorations of those programs as a possible recovery vehicle. However:
The Eastern Shore Recovery Foundation (ESRF) is a 501c(3) charitable foundation that exists to provide a safe and positive meeting place environment for those in our community who are participating in 12-step recovery programs.
ESRF is not endorsed or sponsored by any 12-step recovery organization, any mental health association or clinic, or any treatment center that specializes in addiction or substance abuse.
ESRF does not provide substance abuse or addiction counseling and does not recommend or refer any individual or clinical organization to provide such counseling.
ESRF does not sponsor meetings of 12-Step recovery groups. Each group exists as suggested by the traditions of its larger organization. Each 12-Step recovery group is autonomous in its operation. ESRF is the owner of Common Ground, buildings designed for and committed to 12-step recovery. Each group is a rent-paying tenant.
ESRF maintains and repairs the Common Ground facility and pays the utilities, insurance, and all other costs of its operation.
Your membership in the ESRF or your contribution will be used to continue the work of the foundation on the Eastern Shore. Memberships and contributions are fully tax deductible. Federal Tax ID# 63-0934805.
